This assignment involved performing a comprehensive agriculture risk assessment covering both crop and livestock value chains across targeted districts.
JD & Associates evaluated environmental, climate, farm management, and market risks that affect agricultural productivity.
Based on this analysis, the team developed a set of viable agriculture insurance products designed to support Radiant’s expansion into agricultural financial protection.
The project strengthened Radiant’s ability to offer inclusive financial services and enabled the company to better serve farming communities.
JD & Associates provided strategic guidance on product structure, operational requirements, and market entry, ensuring the solutions were sustainable, affordable, and aligned with farmer realities.
