JD & Associates developed Rwanda’s ICT Strategic Plan for the Sports Sector, focusing on digital transformation and future-oriented governance.
The assignment required aligning the strategy with the national Sports Development Policy and the existing digital blueprint. The team assessed ICT gaps, infrastructure, policy frameworks, and the role of private-sector participation in sports digitalization.
Through extensive consultations and technical analysis, the strategy outlined practical solutions for digital integration, improved accountability, and innovative service delivery within the sports sector.
JD & Associates produced a full implementation roadmap, complete with indicators, budgets, responsibilities, and stakeholder roles, creating a clear path for modernization.
