JD & Associates established 420 Farmer Field Schools and delivered training to 15,000 coffee farmers across six districts.
The project equipped farmers with Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), focusing on improved productivity, sustainable farming techniques, and quality enhancement.
The assignment included field demonstrations, coaching, and regular mentorship.
The FFS model contributed significantly to increased yields, better farm management, and higher incomes among coffee growers.
JD & Associates’ structured and practical training approach also supported NAEB’s long-term strategy of modernizing Rwanda’s coffee sector and boosting national export performance.
